CORN MEAL PIZZA CRUST
2/3 cup Quaker or Aunt Jemima Corn Meal 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
In medium bowl, combine corn meal, flour, baking powder and salt. Add milk and oil; stir until mixture forms a ball. Knead 3 to 4 times or until smooth.
Place ball of dough on center of greased round pizza pan (12-inch); pat to cover bottom of pan. Top with your favorite pizza toppings.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until toppings are lightly browned.
