THREE-MEAT BAKED BEANS8 ounces Polish sausage
8 ounces ground beef
3 tablespoons chopped onion
5 slices bacon, crisp-fried, crumbled
2 cans (16 ounces each) pork and beans
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons molasses
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
Cut sausage into 1/4-inch slices. Brown in skillet. Remove sausage with slotted spoon and drain skillet.
Add ground beef and onion to skillet. Cook until ground beef is brown and crumbly, stirring frequently; drain.
Add sausage, bacon, pork and beans, ketchup, brown sugar, molasses, Worcestershire, and mustard to skillet; mix well. Spoon into lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
