ORIENTAL MARINADE

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Garlic powder (to taste)

Mix ingredients together well.

Use with beef, chicken, or fish.

Makes about 1 cup
