BASIC MARINADE

"Use with beef, pork or chicken."

1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons catsup
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
garlic and pepper to taste

Makes about 1/2 cup
