WHITE CORN SAUTE"Serve with ham, poultry, fish or eggs."
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 tablespoon instant minced onion
2 cans (12 ounces each) vacuum- packed whole- kernel white corn, drained
Fresh-ground pepper (to taste)
Minced green-onion tops (to taste)
In skillet over medium heat melt butter. Add onion; cook and stir about 1 minute.
Add corn; cook and stir until corn is heated through and glazed with butter. Season with pepper; sprinkle with onion tops.
Makes 4 servings
