LIME-A-LOUPE WEDGES

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime flavor gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt
3 medium cantaloupes

In large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in yogurt. Cover; refrigerate until thickened but not set, 45 to 50 minutes.

Beat gelatin mixture at highest speed until doubled in volume, about 5 minutes.

Cut melons in half; remove seeds. Pat melons dry with paper towels. Spoon whipped gelatin mixture into melon halves. Cover; refrigerate until firm.

TO SERVE:
Cut each filled half of melon in half. Garnish each half as desired.

Makes 12 servings
