BREAKFAST ON THE GO SMOOTHIE1 1/2 cups orange juice (or soymilk)
1/2 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
1 frozen banana, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup frozen peaches (or frozen mango)
1 tablespoon protein powder
Place ingredients in blender jar in order listed. Place cover on blender jar. Holding cover in place, turn blender to low for 10 seconds. Turn to high for an additional 25 seconds until smooth. Serve immediately.
