MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN
10 cups popped jolly time microwave pop corn, butter flavored or natural flavor 1/3 cup butter or margarine 1/3 cup light corn syrup 2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
In 4 quart microwave safe glass bowl, microwave butter on high until melted, about 45 seconds.
Stir in brown sugar and corn syrup. Microwave on high until mixture boils, 1 to 3 minutes, stirring once. Microwave on high 3 minutes without stirring.
Stir in baking soda and vanilla; stir in popped pop corn, mixing well. Microwave on 70% power 1 minute more.
Remove and stir to coat pop corn evenly. Cool on cookie sheet.
Break apart; store in tightly covered container.
