VEGETABLE POTPOURRI1 1/2 cups finely cut cabbage
1 cup carrots, chopped
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3/4 tsp. salt
Mix all ingredients together in a pan. Cook about 20 minutes, covered, on low heat.
