FRENCH HERBED CHEESE SPREAD3/4 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1 tablespoon dried parsley
2 tablespoons dried chives
2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Ground black pepper (to taste)
Crackers or bread (for serving)
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Chill several hours or overnight to blend flavors.
Spread on crackers or bread.
Each 2-tablespoon serving provides: 46 calories; 4g protein, 3g fat, 2g carbohydrate, 49mg sodium, 10mg cholesterol
