20 MINUTE TERIYAKI STEAK AND BROWN RICE DINNER

1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
1 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 cups water
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce (or soy sauce)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups MINUTE Brown Rice, uncooked
2 cups frozen broccoli florets
1/2 cup peanuts or cashews (optional)

Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add steak; cook and stir until lightly browned.

Add 1 1/2 cups water, teriyaki sauce and garlic powder to skillet; stir. Bring to boil.

Stir in rice, broccoli and peanuts. Cook on low heat 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.

Makes 4 servings
