7UP PANCAKES

1 cup pancake mix
1 cup 7UP
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Combine all ingredients; mix until smooth.

Pour 2 tablespoons batter onto heated lightly oiled griddle. Cook until tops are covered with bubbles; turn and cook 2 to 3 minutes.

Makes 16 (4-inch) pancakes
