TUNA MELT WRAPS

2 burrito-size (8-inch) flour tortillas, preferably spinach-or tomato-flavored
4 slices 2% milk Cheddar-flavored process cheese, such as Kraft's 2% milk singles (3/4 oz each)
2 cans (6 ounces each) solid white tuna in water, drained
1 cup packaged shredded carrots, finely chopped
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
FOR SERVING (OPTIONAL):
Frilly toothpicks
Cherry tomatoes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Arrange tortillas on baking sheet. Place 2 slices of cheese on center of each tortilla.

Bake tortillas until cheese is melted, 4-5 minutes.

Meanwhile, in bowl combine tuna, carrots and pepper; stir in mayonnaise.

Place half of tuna mixture in log shape over bottom 1/3 of each tortilla. Roll up each tortilla to enclose tuna filling. Cut each wrap in half or slice each into 4 spirals on the diagonal. Serve with tomatoes, if desired.

Makes 4 servings
