CARAMEL-CHOCOLATE COFFEE

1 1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup whipping cream (optional) or 1/2 cup additional milk
1/2 cup good-quality chocolate sauce
1/3 cup caramel syrup
8 cups hot brewed coffee

In a medium-size saucepan, heat together the milk, cream if using and chocolate sauce over medium heat. Stir well so that the chocolate dissolves.

Remove pan from heat and stir in the caramel syrup. Pour the milk into the coffee and serve.

Makes about 10 cups
