WHITE CHOCOLATE FONDUE
"This is an easy solution for entertaining at a reception or when you are inviting people in for an informal evening. It gives guests the option to have fresh fruit for dessert, with a little or a lot of chocolate, said Sandra Ryder, director of public relations for the Ritz-Carlton Buckhead."
2 pounds premium white chocolate 1 pint heavy (whipping) cream 1/4 cup honey
Chop the white chocolate into small pieces and put in a large bowl.
In a saucepan, stir together heavy cream and honey. Bring to a boil. Pour over the white chocolate and stir until all the chocolate melts.
Serve in a fondue pot to keep warm and offer a variety of fruits and other dippers.
The Ritz serves this up beautifully on a buffet table surrounded by pineapple cubes, strawberries, raspberries, bananas, apples and even cubed pound cake.
