OVEN PANCAKES
2 cups Bisquick baking mix 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 eggs
Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch, lightly.
Beat all ingredients with wire whisk or hand beater until well blended; spread batter in pan.
Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until top is light golden brown. Cut and serve immediately.
APPLE OVEN PANCAKE: Stir in 1 cup chopped pared all-purpose apple.
BANANA OVEN PANCAKE: Arrange 2 medium bananas, sliced, in pan. Pour batter over banana slices.
VARIATION:
NO-CHOLESTEROL OVEN PANCAKES: Substitute skim milk for the milk and 3 egg whites or 1/2 cup cholesterol-free egg product for the eggs.
