SLOPPY JOE UNDER A BUN
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can sloppy joe sauce
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
In a skillet, cook beef until no longer pink; drain. Stir in sloppy Joe sauce; mix well. Transfer to lightly greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish;sprinkle with cheese.
In a bowl, combine baking mix, eggs, and milk just until blended. Pour over cheese; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
