UNWRAPPED WRAPS

1/2 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons Dijonnaise mustard
4 whole wheat flour tortilla, warmed
4 cups coarsely chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 lb deli roast beef, thinly sliced
1 cup alfalfa sprouts
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled

In a small bowl; combine the sour cream and Dijonnaise mustard. Spread equal amounts on each of the tortillas.

Top with equal amounts of lettuce, onion, beef and alfalfa sprouts. Sprinkle the blue cheese evenly over all.

Serve open face.

Makes 4 servings
