Recipe: Pineapple and Papaya Salsa (using lime juice and cilantro)

Toppings - Salsas
PINEAPPLE AND PAPAYA SALSA

1/2 fresh pineapple, peeled and cored
1 large ripe papaya, peeled and seeded
1 large jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
5 sprigs cilantro, finely chopped
Fresh lime juice
Salt

Coarsely chop the pineapple and the papaya; place in a ceramic bowl and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Season with salt. Refrigerate.

Serve well chilled.

Makes 2 cups
