MEXICAN CHICKEN WINGS
10 ounces hot sauce 1/2 cup margarine, melted 1/4 cup catsup 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon ground cumin seed 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 5 pounds large chicken wings, split or not, tips removed
Combine hot sauce margarine, catsup and spices in a saucepan and heat, stirring frequently.
Fry wings at 365 degrees F until crispy, about 6-9 minutes depending on size and equipment used. Drain well.
Toss the wings in hot sauce mixture
