This oven-fried chicken sounds wonderful! I'm so happy to get the recipe. I love fried chicken and used to take it on picnics when I was in high school. My mother taught me to skin the breasts before cooking it, so I was really pleased to see that in your instructions. (I don't like to eat chicken skin.) I will take this on our next family outing!
