CHICKEN NACHO BAKE
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound) 1/2 cup chunky salsa 1/4 cup sour cream 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips 1/2 cup shredded four-cheese blend
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Place chicken on prepared baking sheet. Make 3 cuts along the top of each chicken breast. Top each breast with salsa, sour cream and tortilla chips.
Bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer or until chicken is cooked through.
