Has anyone ever made these individual tiered cakes before?
Could you please share your method?
I would think that you would bake a cake in a jellyroll pan, then cut out rounds with cutters. I was planning on freezing the round shapes to make them easier to fill and work with. Am I on the right track?
I would appreciate any hints, tips, suggestions and ideas.
