A friend's daughter is getting married and I offerred to help with the reception. She would like for me to make beef terriyaki on the sticks and maybe fried cream cheese wontons. I need to have enough for about 150 people. Does anyone have recipes / suggestions? Can I make the terriyaki ahead of time, freeze and then reheat; and if so, how far in advance. I have no idea how to do the wontons. Thanks so much for any help!
