I need a chili recipe that has no beans in it. I won a chili contest on the Super Bowl weekend with a chili that fit in a crock pot, and have been invited to another contest and have never made 6 gallons of anything in my life! Help with the amounts will be most appreciated. I just want to know about how much meat and all I have to buy and most recipes have lots of beans. This contest doesnt allow any fillers, i.e. beans and rice. Thanks for your help!
