LAYERED ANTIPASTO
1 (16 oz) can Italian cut green beans, drained 1 (14 to 20 oz) can garbanzos or white beans, rinsed and drained 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained 1 (6 oz) jar button mushrooms, drained 1 (5.75 oz) can jumbo pimento stuffed green olives, drained 1 (4 oz) jar pimentos, drained and sliced Italian dressing (homemade or bottled)
The day before, toss each of the antipasto ingredients separately in bottled or homemade Italian Dressing and then layer in a deep glass bowl or dish.
Cover and chill.
Serve the next day with different kinds of crackers.
