i am planning our first spaghetti dinner for our church and need to know how much pasta you served - did you weigh/measure each serving or eyeball it? also, how many meatballs per serving? we did a chicken barbecue over the summer and over estimated baked beans and cole slaw - we had almos 40# of coleslaw leftover and 4 big trays of beans - what do you do with all those beans? we donated them to local soup kitchens, but i'd like to plan better for this event and not overbuy/spend. thanks for the help.
