I have to make lasagna for 400 people. How can I find the ingredients amounts for ricotta & mozzarella cheeses, sauce and noodles for 400. I never pre-cook my lasagna noodles . I just put a lot of sauce and after layering I seal the pan with foil, bake 1 hour at 350. i turns out great. Thanks Janet
