A friend and I are catering for 300 men on saturday. The men are providing 2 BBQ'd pigs. We just have to provide the salads and desserts. Potato salad, pasta salad and bean salad vegetables and dip.
Does any one know approx. how much of each salad to prepare. I would think more potato but then I have been wrong before. Any info would be helpful. Plaease HELP!!!
