Hi Rosie, This is from a fabulous cookbook called "The Best Low-Fat, No sugar Breach Machine Cookbook Ever" - - so far, it's lived up to it's name! I haven't yet tried it myself, but others from the book have turned out well. Note: They do come out a little denser, given both the high proportion of whole wheat flour and grains, and the lack of sugar (which I believe feeds the yeast). Good luck!

3/4 C + 2 T water 2 1/2 C Whole Wheat Flour 2 T Skim Milk Powder 2 t Gluten 2 T Orange Zest 1/2 t Salt 2 T minced Prunes 1 1/2 t Yeast
