AJ, Here is a desert which is good but very low in fat. You can alter the amount of ingredients to suit your liking. Also the strawberry glaze is available in sugar-free.
Glazed Fruit Salad 4 pints of strawberries, quartered 4 bananas, cut into 1 inch slices 1 can of chunk pinnapple, drained 1 container of strawberry glaze
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Making sure all fruit is covered with the glaze. Chill for 2 hours.
You can top with low-fat Cool Whip if you like or can use it as an ice-cream topping.
