Hi Kim in FL!

I too am on WW. Did your instructor give you any tips at all?

I use egg beaters instead of eggs, applesauce, fat free products, healthy choice shredded cheese, etc etc.

I also use a 50-50 white & whole wheat blend flour, chicken broth in ALOT of soups, etc for extra flavoring.

Use low fat whenever possible <:o)

I actually have a Pumpkin Streudel muffin recipe that is wonderfully moist & my company didn't even realize it was so healthy!

Have you checked out the weight watchers web site? Another great site is :

http://www.dottisweightlosszone.com

It's all weight watcher related info. I'm sure you'll find it helpful <:o)

The best to you on your POINTS journey! I've been doing WW for 4 weeks & lost 11.4#. 20 to go...

I will post the recipe Monday provided I am not swamped

Have a good one!
