PINEAPPLE SPOON BREAD
1/4 c. butter, softened 1 c. sugar 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 4 eggs 5 slices bread with crust, cubed
Cube bread; set aside. Whip butter. Add sugar and cream. Beat eggs well and add. Beat well. Add bread crumbs; mix. Add pineapple and stir. Grease loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees until brown (approximately 40 minutes).
