Hi!

This isn't exactly what you were looking for, but it's pretty close. This is a basic recipe that my mother made up a few years ago, and it's quite good.

1 pretty big bag small pasta shells
1 pound imitation crab flakes, bay shrimp, or a mix
low-fat mayonnaise
dill
salt and pepper

Boil the pasta. While it's cooking, rinse the seafood (seperate the crab into small bite-sized pieces, remove any veins in the shrimp). Drain the pasta and allow to cool just until it won't burn you. Stir in the seafood, and add enough mayonnaise to make it creamy (not too much, though!). Add dill, salt, and pepper to taste.
