Hi Tom Here is a exeptionally low fat meat loaf rec. Only counts as 4 pts. each on WW 123 plan.
3 lbs gr.turkey 1 cup egg substitute 2 10 oz packages frozen spinich(drained well) 1 cup katsup 1 cup instant oatmeal 2 Tbls. Dejon mustard 2 Tbls. honey 1/4 tsp. minced garlic 2 tsp. dried basil 1/2 cup minced onion 2 8oz cans tomato sauce
Combine all ingredients (exept tomato sauce) in large bowl. Mix well. Dump mixture out on to waxed paper. This is to keep from making such a mess on kitchen counter. Divide mixture into 8 equal portions. Shape each portion into small loaves. Place loaves into large cake pan or 1 in. deep cookie sheet. Bake in oven at 350 deg. for 45 mins. Then drizzle tomato sauce over top of each loaf. Place back into oven for 15 mins. more or until juices run clear. Serve with cooked green beans. Very low calorie and low fat. ENJOY !
