Spray a medium pot with Pam. Sautee small round onions or sweet onion, garlic and carrots, for about 5-8 min. on med. heat. Add 2 cans of canned chopped tomatoes in juice with roasted garlic or peppers. Also add 2 cans no fat chicken broth. Then add any vegetables that you like. I add broccoli, green beans, cauliflower, zucchini, and at the very end add chopped cabbage. I also add a can or so of V-8 juice either the spicy or the regular. This is a wonderful recipe and works as a really good filler. Sometimes I will add spicy salsa in just my bowl for an extra zip.
