This was my favorite snack in high school. Ingredients: 1 plain or wheat bagel 1 egg 1 slice of lowfat American cheese picante sauce
Find a small, microwaveable dish that has a bottom about the size of the bagel; it helps if you use a clear container. Beat the egg in the container and microwave until the egg gets "fluffy," about a minute or less. Place the egg on one side of a sliced bagel and place the cheese on top right away to melt the cheese. Spoon picante sauce over the top and then cover with the other half of the bagel.. Ta-da! A quick healthy snack.
