This fish sounds great. If you really like fish invest in a stove top smoker. Salmon cooked in sa smoker is heaven! I just purchased this smoker recently so am experimenting. My husband does a lot of fishing so I am going to try crappie and blue gill next. Have also tried chicken and pork, rribs, all turned out wonderful.
