Low-Fat Chocolate Chip Cookies Nutritional Analysis: 65 calories, 2 grams fat Ingredients:
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/4 cup granulated sugar 3 1/2 tbsp margarine 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 egg white 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 tsp baking soda dash of salt 2/3 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Preparation:
1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2.In large bowl, combine sugars, margarine, vanilla and egg white. Mix until smooth. 3.Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. When the mixture is smooth, stir in chocolate chips. 4.Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place 3 inches apart on an insulated baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until brown. Cool 5-7 minutes before removing from baking sheet. Makes 2 dozen cookies.
