Recipe(tried): Low Fat Pineapple Cheese Ball

I have "very good" written on this recipe, so guess I thought it was. Sounds good!

PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL

2 (8oz. each) low fat packages cream cheese, softened
8 oz. can crushed pineapple in it's own juice, drained
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper (green, red, yellow or orange or a combo)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 cup crushed pecans, toasted if desired

Mix all together with the exception of the pecans. Form into a ball and chill. Roll in crushed pecans. Keep chilled until serving time.
