it depends on your personal taste but here are a few suggestions that have worked for me:
1 medium apple (1) w/ 1/2 Tablespoon of reduced fat peanut butter(1) is only 2 points and satisfying. or you could do 1 T of pb with celery or carrots for the same 2 points
OR
1 slice of light whole wheat toast (.5), 1 slice of 2% american cheese melted (1) and a tomato (0)
OR
if you like jello, 1 serving of any flavor sugar free is 0 points! also so is a serving of fat free whipped topping so you can combine them for 0 points.
fruit and a scoop of low fat cottage cheese is also good, im not sure of the exact value but it is low and u can have a decent amt of cheese with a cup of fruit(1)
