I recently went on a search for sugar free homemade ice cream myself. My son is a diabetic and we enjoy making homemade ice cream in the summer time. Also, we are planning on having a homemade ice cream social at our church on Sunday and we have several people that are diabetics. I thought it would be appropriate to find and make ice cream that they could enjoy along with all the "normal" folk.
