I am fighting insomnia and a few other things. At night I get huge, raving, horrible snack attacks. I've gotta have something!! I've had caramel corn, plain popcorn with butter (of course), popsicles, cookies, etc. etc, etc. HELP! I need to know some ideas or recipes for something that is at least a little bit healthy that I can nibble on for several hours. I'll be so grateful! |
