This is a request for help. I have been hypoglycemic for several years, but lately it seems to be getting worse. I'm trying to get more protein into my diet, but the cookbooks I am finding talk more about getting rid oof sugar than putting in protein, and there's only so many handfuls of peanuts you can stand.... I cannot use the commercial products, protein bars, etc. because they have sugar (also because the coating on them is disgusting) I'm interested in just light little, easily portable snacks, mostly, not necessarily bars.
