Applesauce Spice Cake
Dry ingredients: 2 3/4 cups flour 2 1/4 cups sugar 2 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 1/4 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp allspice 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp cloves
Wet ingredients: 1 3/4 cups unsweetened applesauce 1 1/4 cups plain nonfat yogurt 2 eggs (or 1/2 cup egg substitute) 1/3cup vegetable oil
1 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 325 F.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add wet ingredients; blend well using a spoon.
Stir in raisins. Pour into a greased and floured 12-cup Bundt or 13x9-inch pan.
Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
