LOW FAT DIP
1 cup fat-free plain yogurt 1 to 2 tbsp chopped dried onion to taste 1 to 2 tbsp chopped red, yellow, and/or green bell pepper to taste pepper to taste garlic to taste jalapeno salt for a real kick (optional)
Combine all ingredients. The amount of chopped ingredients is a personal choice.
You may want to chill the dip for at least 30 minutes.
Its great served with vegetables, but I like it on top of a small baked potato. Enjoy!
