SLICED BAGEL THINS3 bagels (90 grams each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Garlic powder, seasoned salt, Italian herbs, sesame or poppy seeds
Slice each bagel in half to form semi-circle. With a very sharp bread knife, carefully slice each semicircle horizontally into 6 thin slices, about 1/8 inch thick.
Arrange on baking pan; brush each bagel lightly with oil. Sprinkle with choice of seasonings.
Bake in 400 degrees F oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
Cool and store in tightly closed container for several weeks.
Makes 12 slices per bagel or 36 thins
