WEIGHT WATCHERS PINEAPPLE MUFFINS
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained 1/4 cup cornmeal 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder 1 tsp. baking powder 1 packet Sweet & Low 1 egg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat 6 muffin pan cups with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients together well. Pour batter into prepared muffin pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
