This is a fantastic cheese ball recipe! My mother has made this cheese ball/spread at the holidays and for parties for as many years as I can remember. She usually adds the nuts into the mixture and serves it in a beautiful cheese crock with assorted foo-foo crackers. It is so delicious! Just remember to chop the ingredients fine, to make it smooth and sutle in flavor. Yummy!!
