And it was just delicious! ( Lemon-Cranberry bread) I used 1/2 whole wheat flour, 1/2 unbleached white I forgot to add sugar, and it still rose up, but next time I will put a bit because that will make it rise a bit more. I didn't have any dried cranberries, but I had cherries I had picked, pitted, and dried myself from my neighbour's tree. It is a delicious bread, it slices up very thinly (if that's what you want to do...I do!) and it tastes like a treat, even tho it is low sugar and quite healthy. Thanks so much, great recipe! Cheers!
